sup man i saw a couple of turbo 1g fwd at the pick your part junkyard you might want to check out, their exhausts were stock but definitely better than nothing. I know they cut the cat off so you might need to extend it to fit your downpipe. I would suggest getting it slip and running an electronic cut out off the downpipe. Exhausts noise can be pretty annoying IMO specially when daily driving so maybe you can just open that up when needed i believe next week 7th 8th 9th there is going to be a half off sale at pick your part so

also i will check tomorrow if i have any exhaust parts you can use from my 90 laser rst i use to have that may be sitting in my back yard i'l let you know shortly.

as far as dynos Reese tuning has a good local reputation for evos and our cars. I havent heard about Garage Gt so much so if anyone knows if they are reputable, shine in.

It depends if you're looking for cheap crap that costs a couple of hundred or more of a high-quality one that is much more expensive. Some people can pull off an exceptional paint job themselves in a very clean work area/garage + lots of preparation. Remember, you get what you pay for.

Yea, I was thinking about going maaco but uh... I've heard things. I want to go a powder purple from silver then getting a cusom white convertible top and white rims. Also need to get the interior redone. I want to go white there as well, which will be hard but meh, all in due time.

Moses ! i installed the boost gauge finally haha it wasnt as difficult with that rotary tool running at 11k rpm.. something Alex will never come close to with his stroker. Melted the plastic like butter on a hot day at that speed. Managed to crack the boost gauge glass though while pushing it to test fit it.

Alex, why those atypical rods? arent eagle better? What compression do you plan to get the pistons? How much is a new crank at the dealer? maybe its worth ordering one from there. orr roll to el primo yard on the 7th 8th or 9th and hope to find a 4G64 you can send to the machine shop to polish up and use for half the price.

^^^^^did you cut a hole in your center console too? i have one already cut im no longer going to use but no one ever asks me haha. Ill be at racelegal, what time are you cruising. The cranks i was looking at were either new oem, eagle, and topline. eagle and oem are about 7-800 bucks and topline i can get for 300 new. Those rods are mostly the same and neither really outperforms the other and i can get a better deal on the scats.

damn but im getting my exhaust finished soon because i was just waiting for my muffler to come in the mail.... but hmm you have a laser in your back yard?! do you have the full interior for it?

hah a laser in my backyard? nah i keep my cars with the least downtime possible. I had a laser but sold it a few years back. All i have left is part of the factory exhaust from the downpipe up to the rear axle. Hit up the yards next week to get that half off deal on everything. I saw a few 1gs last week, pretty sure they will still be there. i sound as if i work at pick your part or something promoting their business.

yeah no problem man im always down to help whenever i can, we still need to do gsxofftheline's rear springs maybe we can set something up. If you're looking foe something similar to stock for the struts i think the the tokico blues would be just fine, the illuminas are nice because they're adjustable but they're a bit pricier.

I finally got my shocks so we can finally do the rear and re-do the front. tired of the old srt-4 look. . btw we need to install the injectors, wideband,re-wire fp, turn up the boost to 18-20 psi and tune hahaha. you know its gonna happen! how does monday sound? I got all next week off ### my bro is in town from navy.

So did anyone go to Race legal tonight, I wanted too but my clutch is getting to bad so I can't run again til I buy a new clutch that is strong enough. I did however look at the pics from the last race legal and 3 out of the 6 cars that won were DSM's. Pretty cool.
