100+hp per cylinder in El Diablo
I don't know for sure Nito but in my experience working on, modifying, and racing DSM's I've realized that the ones that build their car themselves are the ones who are passionate about the sport. The ones that throw money at their car, whatever platform it may be, paying for parts and overpriced labor from shops just want BIG NUMBERS. Once the car breaks because it is doing over 100+ hp a cylinder they get fed up and part it, then move on.
I honestly believe that statement 200%. After 3 motors and more money than I care to even think about my 2g feels as if she is a crystal meth cupcake addict and just continues to dip into my pocket book while im sleeping, BUT I would never get rid of her. she can sit in her rehab spot in the garage doing detox treatment till its time for her to shine. now my 1g she is a different story. She is more like a field goal kicker. good for a quickie then she gets tired and sits on the bench. but one day she will shine too.

its almost insulting when anyone asks if they can buy it for x amount of skrilla or trade if they knew the blood sweat tears pain bruises up to the dirty laundry time etc that was put into it. If I werent unemployed the talon would most likely be rocking a new Hta86 setup for certain. If anything were to grenade it would be a matter of time to be back up. Although you guys can probably relate and wind up working on other peoples cars and leave ## own to fill with dust and dirt neglecting it like there was no tomorrow without thinking much of it. I know I have and need to stop, some people need to learn how to help themselves specially when they take your time and work for granted.
