Thats your problem, you need it wired to sensor ground not battery ground. Pin 17 or 24, take your pick. 1g ECU Pin OutSensor is wired:
5v from TPS red/grn
gnd to battery ground
signal to EGR EGT to ecu ( probe unplugged obviously )
1G ECU pin 15 (BLU/YEL) for signal
1G ECU pin 17 or 24 (GRN/BLK) for sensor ground
1G ECU pin 23 (GRN/RED) for 5v
This may not fix the issue but should be re-wired and see if it fixes it or not. The problem being that you might have blown the EGR ckt in the ECU itself, the EGR ckt couldn't have ruined your MAP because its an input ONLY and not an output.
