Any 1g Windshields Left?

hi! i’m a few mere parts away from getting my 1993 tsi AWD onto the road, but one small problem before inspection; my windshield is cracked and i need a new one before i can pass. i’ve called about 4 glass places in town, all of them recommending me look in a pick a part for a windshield. is there any manufacturer that still makes these windshields, or someone who still sells them?

Its glass old glass, its just hard because its something we need for these aging cars, sometimes we don't think about that. Especially when we modify the car, if you can get them but its very hard because many have looked with no luck. I know it was fortunate they said we have two available, and found one, then they found another and the company looked just about everywhere. They can be very expensive to ship even if they are found.

i just got a quote for one from speedy glass funny enough, one of my last guesses. $550 shipped to northern alberta.

I called last year as well in Sask, first placed i called could bring one in for around that same price so I assumed they were readily available.
