Let's just cut to the chase about this drive train problem

Here are facts the situation:

-Two month old QM twin disk. The car was running great and shifting fine until a couple days ago. More later.
- No visible signs of leaks on the new master and slave cylinder.
- Clutch pedal feels/felt fine. The car shifts fine, when the car is not running.
- System has been bled, standard pushing/pulling of pedal tonight. ~ Ten times.
- Linkage looks to be in working order

- The story: The car started to be rather difficult to put into gear a couple of days ago. The difficulty being that the car would lock me out of the gear, felt on shifter, but would take a partial load from engine. Only until several forceful movements, by yours truly, would the car go fully into gear. Noticed low fluid level, not sure if completely empty and pumping air yesterday, added fluid. Then bled, see above. The car did a little bit better until tonight when the car partially goes into first? Partially being car will move forward in first slowly, the shifter feels partially in the gear, and god awful noises come from the Tob or disks. Parked car.

I have yet to check clutch pedal assembly due to this being a premature/night post.

Any help would be appreciated.
