Looks like a set of diamond racing dirt track wheels to me.

I know those aren't the exact same, but the ones I linked look very similar and are 5 lug with the possibility of a FWD offset.

Here is a company that makes a 17" version. Its not the same wheel, but its close.

It most likely is. Most people buying that wheel aren't looking at weight as the major factor.

The main issue with any steelie is the design. They might have the back-spacing that you need, but will they clear your calipers is the question. If they don't have a design like that of the spare-tire wheel (i.e., a wavy ridge just outside of the bolt circle), then you often need a spacer to keep them off the caliper.

very true, never thought of that, I just had one of those "I see I want" moments without thinking.
