Another ISSUE!!!!

Decided to take the car out again down the road and back just to see how it ran after I put in the resurfaced flywheel. Car takes off fine now but I was in first gear and got on it, turbo was spooling and building boost and then I hear a pewwwwwwwww sound, after that the car runs like shit and black smoke is coming out at idle. I'm about ready to take my shotgun to this car

hmmm... by running like shit you mean bogging no power? .. doesn't help to no know what running like shit means .. if you are boggingo ut with low RPM check all your couplers on your IC piping , then the throttle body, the boost leak test , plugs wires , oh if you can explain it better it would probably be easy to figure it out

Have you checked the turbo for shaftplay? And where was the sound from exactly? Anything abnormal looking in the engine bay that could help us.

I'd be looking for popped intercooler couplers/piping.

I couldn't tell where the sound came from since I was in the drivers seat. After the sound happened it ran like "shit" meaning it bogged down during idle, couldn't drive it, kept studdering. Thats the first thing that popped in my mind was a coupler came loose.

Sounds to me would be a coupler. The black smoke would be a rich condition which would come from a popped coupler.

Id check your couplers, but did you finally fix that chattering issue by resurfacing the flywheel?? My flywheel is brand new and my clutch chatters like yours did.

yes the clutch chatter has been fixed from redoing the flywheel.

Was it a brand new flywheel like mine?? I wonder if its just because I put a used exedy disk and PP on, and maybe the disk isnt flat, etc.

no it was a used ACT disk. I should've known better to slip on a used flywheel without getting it cleaned up but I was in a hurry and wanted this car running.

I went out and checked the I/C piping and sure shit one came all the way off. it was the one leading up to the J pipe. I popped that back together and swapped in some NGK plugs and it runs a tad better. I still dont get a steady idle, the sound of the exhaust isn't steady it goes waabawaaaabawaaaabawaaabaaaa. (get what I mean )

I updated my profile. Sorry guys i've been out of the game for a couple years-
anyways- I don't think the car is running rich, I'm not getting black smoke out of the exhaust anymore. I have a stock 7 bolt w/ 14b and 190 walbro.
