another Idle issue

OK, ive done my homework, ive read a ton of posts and articles. My car has been having crazy idleing issues. Here is whats up

Cold - Idles low(FIAV might be the issue, not sure, cant get the TB apart)
Warm- Idles up to 1500 and back down to 1200, now this only happens when im driving or when the car is sitting and is allowed to warm completely up. The surge starts out slow and then begins to speed up in reptition.

ISC - ok, when its unplugged, car runs just the same as it always has, slow when cold and fast to idle surge when hot, now this is the 3rd one ive replaced. The TB has been cleaned, the ISC O-ring has been replaced and as far as i can tell no vacume leaks(did the carb test a few times and found nothing).

EGR isnt blocked and the valve works fine. Any ideas are welcome. Car is mostly stock aside from turbo back exhaust and hacked air can. Anything else i need to check. Today is Friday, which was my payday, seems my car turns into a wench around the week of payday... Let me know guys.

Figure out how to get that throttle body apart and replace the lower section with one that has a known good FIAV. Or, block of the FIAV. Go here: http://www.vallotton.com/fiavblockoff.asp

ill give that a try. Though the temps here in portland dont drop to low, it would be nice to have a fast idle, i can live without it if the car would just idle properly. Ill build the plate this weekend and try to break the tb apart.

Sounds similar to my idle surge prob. Did blocking the FIAV fix your problem?

car/engine died before i could get to it. Now it wont start period. As fed up as i am i love the car so a new motor is on the way.
