Another bad idle issue

I just started having a problem with my idle last night. When I would come to a stop it would idle around 2K. Today I drove it and when I came to a stop it would idle close to 2K and drop to 900 and back up and down and so on. It seams to drive fine but the check engine light is on. I checked vacume lines and they are all in good shape. I'll list what's done to the car to give an idea of whats been replaced.

1995 Talon TSi 2wd
Greaddy intercooler pipes
cone filter
T28
Walbro 255 pump
new valve cover gasket set
new oil line gaskets
new thermostat
Top Speed down pipe
Apex-i N1 exhaust
new NGK plugs

Here is the only getto rigged part on the car. I getto mounted my stock bov to the greaddy pipe until my Type S comes in.

Here's my thoughts.
I think there could be a leak between the bov and the pipe. I'm not sure if that would cause the peoblem I'm getting.

Also, I don't have a cat and I was thinking that the sensor after the cat is getting clogged because the cat was removed.

Any ideas would be great.

I put on my stock upper intercooler pipe and it's still having the idle issue. I'm not set on the o2 sensor that's after the cat.

sounds like a bad ISC to me almost 10/10x's thats it.

Would that cause the check engine light to come on?

I had the codes pulled. One of them is for the cat....I already knew that one. The P0505 code just stated an idle control malfunction. Any ideas on what part needs to be replaced?
