1G Aluminum radiator + Shroud + fans = How thick total?

My OEM radiator shit the bed. I know alot of people run mishimoto or CXracing etc shrouded setups. I want to know how thick overall. My OEM with OEM fans is a VERY tight fit. I have slimmed down my OEM setup to make it fit. Dont want to buy a kit just to have it be thicker. Overall thickness or from top mounting pin to end of fan would be nice so I can compare to my setup. MY cooling setup was fine as is, sans leak.
 
I can tell you the Mishimoto 1G fan/shroud setup is thinner than the stock puller fan.

I wouldn't mess with a full shroud. I'd buy a nice fan ( shrouded FAL or a ~14" SPAL) and call it a day.

A few shots of the Mishimoto 1G setup when I had it in my Galant. The Galants have much less clearance between the motor and core support than the 1Gs do.

I ran internally gated PTE 5558, CX radiator, stock fans. I had to trim the hell out of the passenger fan. So far as to trim the blades. That was due to the actuator hitting it though
External off the o2? Idk what that'd be like. I'm soon to find out.
If it doesn't fit then i'm going with 2 of the biggest SPALs i can fit in there. I still have AC as well. PR fmic, downfiring turbo
By simply using HVAC tape to seal the ac condenser to the radiator i dropped temps 10* or more under all conditions. Ducting is extremely important even if it's as simple as sealing the ac/rad like i did. It really works.
 
I have a few choking points on space... Fp manifold, fp red, PR recirc o2 housing with tial mvs. That actually isn't the furthest point.

The LICP creates the clearance issue worst. And my 4" intake also doesn't play too nice with the passenger fan. I have probably an inch clearance at the close spots up top. The driver fan shroud hugs the LICP.

Still have AC and everything. I'm working on tucking the lines
