Resolved Alternator not charging after engine rebuild.

I have spent a lot of time searching before posting. I got my engine back in about 12 hours ago after much procrastinating. Problem I am having is my alternator isn't charging. The belt is on, the 2 wire plug is on and the output wire is on. I still have 1 small bolt left in the bag I had the hardware in. Any idea what I am missing?
It is a 420a so I doubt I will get much help.

I have no idea what that little m6 bolt goes to. It maybe got mixed in some how. Not sure. But I solved my problem.
If anyone else has this issue check all grounds multiple times. I painted my engine bay and had to remove everything. Found 2 loose grounds. The actual problem was the output on the alt wasn't tightened fully.

Don't get in a rush.
Check all grounds
Make sure the alternator is hooked up and the nut is snug.
