Every time I remove the turbo there is alot of oil on both housing and these is a new turbo rebuilt. I have shaft elimination and running an extreme psi oil fed from housing, also running the stock oil return. Help any ideas why is oil passing the turbo seals.

Sounds like you are either running too much pressure to the turbo or your oil return line is too small causing back pressure. What kind of turbo is it?

Sounds like it's not draining properly. Verify your crankcase pressure isn't too excessive and the PCV system is functional.

The pcv is good and these happened with the new turbo, also how you know when to have bad crankpresure, cause I have cach can set up and my dipstick has never pop out. O forgot I always use 10 30 oil royal but when I finish my build like few months I put 5 30 royal with a bottle of Lucas if matters, but is just to much oil for being little time on idle.

Well obviously your catch can setup isn't working as it should if this is happening repeatedly. A new turbo won't allow oil to bypass the sealing rings unless it can't drain or the pressure at the inlet is way out of line.

I have an gas filter on the vent side the vc and on the pcv to intake there is an husky and it collects oil in it plus a have another check valve passing the husky filter an mod I got from an dsm post.

Question why is there pressure at the inlet why would that happen.

I had the hardest time understanding that post; the grammar and punctuation are horrible.

If I understood correctly, then will go ahead and say that I don't believe gas filters are the greatest things to use for the PCV system. Oil vapour will get trapped in the material and clog it.

Sorry for my grammar, I had put everything stock and still the oil goes to my seals, and the pcv was switch for one that for sure works. Well I will try an diffrent turbo and run the fed line to the head if that helps.

Your first post you said you have shaft elimination. Does that mean you installed the balance shaft eliminator kit?

Yes I did, I was thinking that could be the problem. When I did my 6bolt block I did the kit or balance shaft elimination, so after month of driving every day to work one day started smoking a little bit 3 days later I had it smoke a lot I both a new turbo and these one really leaks oil that the o2 and turbine housing are wet with oil.

Well I have but my fed line from the had a kit that I bought of extreme psi and wow forts start right away alot of oil blowing, my question is why could it be something wrong with the motor if everything else is clean of oil like the exhaust headers are clean is just from the turbine housing there is always sticky oil.
