alot of new parts...no fire

I have serched and serched and find half answers and everything suggested ive tried but doesnt seem to work so here i am posting in the newbie forum and hoping for help..
I have a 95 turbo eclipse with a rebuilt head, head gasket, timing system, crank and cam sensors, ignition module, coil pack, and spark plugs. everything listed is brand new oem but it just wont get fire. ive tested by putting a sparkplug in each wire and test it to see spark but nothing on any of the four leading me to elminate plug wires. i have checked to se if im getting fuel and tested the pump so i know it works and also is brand new. So im stumped, just dont know which way to go. im new to the dsm but alot of experience with other cars so i can do a little troubleshooting but im lost here.

im open to anything.....if someone suggest to rotate the tires and that will work ill tyr it i swear

have you checked the ecu?

Have you checked for a loose connection, sometimes the simplest thing is what gets us stumped. Also like Talon 187 said have you checked the ECU as they are prone to leak and mess everything up. Pull it then open it to see if there has been a leak in one of the caps. I could also be a malfunctioning sensor. Are you getting any engine codes.

im answering all above questions so here it goes.......
there is no spark on the plug wire test
i went through the engine bay and the ecu connections and checked every one of them
the ecu is my next item to replace ive just been avoiding it. i did check it and im not sure about leaks but ill look again and see
and all fuses are good....thatsa where i started.

also can someone identify the little barrell thing mounted to the back of the intake with one wire coming off it and plugging into the same harness as the CAS and crank sensor??

CAS/Crank sensor causes no spark, no fuel. So check the connectors.
