Almost no power in first

Ok for starters this is an automatic 1g. The other night went out beat on the car a bit then i noticed i had no power in first. Its really slow to get going. If i nudge the car forward at a stop it feels notchy. The transmission is not slipping it simply takes forever to get up to speed, once into boost she still pulls like a raped banshee in all gears even 1st. I did a boost leak, compression test, checked plugs, transmission level, checked for shaft play, and they all are fine so im stumped why i have no power in 1st. Any help would be awesome.

can you feel the transmission shifting. it could be in limp mode aka 3rd gear at a stop. which will make it really slow getting up to speed.

Its not in limp mode and it shifts through all gears, I have a shift box so i can hold it in certain gears and this is still how it acts
