Whats their to debate?

Their debate is this:

Sexehtopper says it's BS that this guy ran a 9.70 @ 74 mph in the eighth, but it's NOT BS that he ran a 9.77 @ 72.9 mph! Because, as he says, "there is a HUGE difference" between those 2 runs!

Like, ALL bone stock DSM's run within 7/100's of a second and 1.1 mph of each other! Personally, I think he was just looking for some reason to use his little BS animation from his original post.

The fact is, i dont beleive him, and i can keep this assumption until i see proof. And if he does show a timeslip or vid, i will give him props. But until then, i think he is bullshit, running a 9.70 at 74 with a pitiful 2.4 60 foot, its just not logical to me.

I ran a 13.8 on street tires, and burned them up all the way down the track(3/4 more like)
Then my friend let me slap his hoosier drag tires on and I pulled a 12.4, that is a pretty damn big diff. Just somethig for all the FWD people out there to think about.----> most of my mods are on profile ask me 4 others.

What size/type of Hoosier drag tires were they and what was your 60-ft time?

my best run was a 14.3. thats when i freshly install my b16g at 15 psi, ngk iridium colder than stock plugs, cheap fmic, rewired pump, 17 eclipse gts rims oem tires, tokico shocks and eibach springs, 2.5 press bent turbo back no cat wtih a ok launch. after that i change my plugs to regular ngk7res . i was doing mid to high 14s and even going to 15s. but yall know traction is a baster. now wtih my current mods i hope i can do better . (traction is going to be a biaaatch now ).

That's an awesome time especially at 4200ft. :thumb: I have basically the same set up as you except I have suspension work and HKS 264/272 cams, in which really seem to have waken my Big28 up in the topend. How much boost were you running? And were you running a full weight car? Thanks for the info. :)
