if your a really good driver id say mid to low 14's i ran a [email protected] thats with a slipping clutch so i couldve hit a mid 14 and that was pretty much stock except for a dejon intake pipe and kandn boost was at 13lbs and on street tires eagle rs-a's. also i was on stock wieght and my compression was 150 across the cylinders, also the only free mods i did was removed emissions and punched the cat.
