My alarm, turbo timer, and door locks do not work properly... For one when my aftermarket alarm is off my horn thing stills goes off ( So i cut the wiring to it) And my stock alarm randomly goes off... My door locks dont work on my door or my remote... Also my turbo timer wont keep my car running... Car shuts off but the turbo timer still times down... Dunno what the problem is... I noticed this stuff happening when my friend put my battery in and reversed the polarity... :(

It could definately be from reversing the polarity on the battery. Check to see where all 3 are similarly tapped into wires. Could just be a general short in something that they all share wiring with. If you don't like to mess with wires, have a car audio shop take a look at it. They are generally good with what they do.
