My buddy said it was ####ed up when it idles idk but my air fuel ratio gauge jumps around like 24/7 should it stay at a steedy pace when im staying at a steedy speed ??? when it idle it likes 15.3 or some shit but my cars not tuned right now could that be it

It will bounce around at idle. It will stay steady for the most part when at a constant speed. And it will get rich when stepping on the gas and go lean when just coasting. At least that is my experience with them. But completely normal for it to bounce at idle.

First, what gauge are you using? Are you using a wideband? If so where is your sensor located?

You should read around 14.7 (stoic) at idle.

Normal driving (cruising) should also remain around 14.7

WOT should read anywhere from 10.0 - 12.0 depending on your setup and your tune.

Please provide more information on your setup.

I just read your list of mods in your other thread. your car can not be driven without a tune. Especially if your injectors are not dialed in. Your afr will be fluctuating like crazy because you have 880's i believe, and your car thinks it is using 440s. Seriously you need to get a tune on the car. I wouldnt even run it sitting at idle without a tune or at the very least dialed in injectors

With these mods and no tune you could be harming the motor as I previously stated.

edit: notice he his using the uego wideband.

No disrespect, but... no. :)

There is just too much that involves hands on with the car while tuning it, especially with that mod list. Either take it to someone local, or head over to the ECMLink forums and do LOTS of reading.

Not trying to be an ass... but you need to at least have a basic understanding of the car and ECMLink...and then we can help you fill in any gaps. Although just about everything you need to know is on this and the ECMLink forums in multiple places.

Just gotta bite the bullet and READ. :D

Assuming that you're still using a MAF and haven't switched to SD, then it shouldn't be hard to get the air/fuel at least in the ball-park. You can set the fuel injector size, dead-time, MAF compensation and then the ECU will compensate for those and you can just run the basic maps but they'll be scaled to your configuration. This should get you running safely and then you can tune it incrementally as you increase power.
