When I barely feel resistance Less than 7 or 8 ft lbs then that shit isnt on there... at all.
Then I'd get used to a cracked valve cover.

Paul, you are correct, that is a one off piece. The car it is on now is still the one pictured but he is not the one who made it nor had it made for his car. I can't recall who he got it from but I remember him saying it was not cheap whatsoever. I'm going to talk to my welder next week and see if he could make something up similar to that but using stock plug depth. I don't see it being easy to accomplish but it will be interesting. He is making a jig for all the valve covers I sandblast now so that should be a good template for him to work from.
I would guess at least double that amount.I talked to him before and he won't sell it. If I had to guess a price if my fabricator can do it, it'd be upwards of $200 which most people aren't willing to pay.
