Quick tuning question for my 4g63t..

I'm in open loop to try to dial in my MAF and fuel. When I'm cruising, if I lightly accelerate the car goes lean, and if I decel, it goes rich, and if I am at a steady speed my AFR is good. Under hard acceleration / boost its a bit rich which is ok, and at idle it is bouncing around 14.7. I'm wondering if there is a way to correct the lean under light acceleration and rich under light deceleration. Everything else seems to be ok.

I'm running ECMLink, have ebay 650cc injectors, global fuel -32.4%. Deadtime 270us. Running the stock 2G MAF - with the lower honeycomb removed (which I regret) and added some compensation in the lower Hz under MAF comp. Has the usual big cams/turbo/exhaust.

Is the answer that there is no fix and closed loop will fix it?
Thanks

This maybe related as well.. at 1500RPM and under and under light load, the car will buck. MAF?
Thanks again
