Afc help

I have 550 injectors now.. The previous owner did all the injector and AFC work.. Im going to put stock 450 injectors.. Do i still need the AFC? and will it mess anything up if i play with the settings.. i honestly dont know much about it and what it does.. and how to use it..

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but as long as you disconnect the afc, your stock ecu should still read it as you have 450s

so i MUST dissconnect the Afc? Where do i do that from?

Zero out the SAFC. If you unplug it, the ECU won't have a MAF signal at all.

Yeah either zero it out or re connect the mas signal wire back together so the ecu will be able to to calculate how much air you are taking in.

heres a good link I got from gofer on here it shows how to install one but you could refer to it to remove yours.
