Newbie AFC Help!

Hi-
I just aquired a 91 Gsx with a 16g,all the hardpiping,webcams,9.5 JE pistons ,blah blah blah...question is-
I just replaced the timing belt,as it had skipped a tooth, and i now need to retune the afc as its running like poop now.(was previously tuned with the motor not timed right.) I have a 550cc injectors,an EGT gauge.the current map showes more correction at low throttle settings than at high,and that confuses me,shouldnt i want to have it run richer at WOT?
If anyone can give me some pointers on how to tune this thing,that would be greatly appreciated.

( This is for a SAFC II but the general premise of setting it up is the same. Here are some of the base settings : )

4g63 : etc settings
cylinder : 4 *arrow upwards and to the right*
Throttle Settings : 65% high / 35% low ( what we recommend )
Sensor Type : Karman.

Hi-
quick question on the setup aspect..the guy i got the car from said it ran all weird when you chose 4 cylinder, so its on 2..does that make sense? the unit works fine on 2, but if you think it needs to be on 4 or have heard of others with it like this, ill move it. dunno... im so new to this ..im a former mustang guy crossing over, so this is all new to me.
i have the tmo datalogging on a lap top too , but im not to sure what to look for,just the basics like knock. IM SOOO CONFUSED.
thanks for everyones help, maybe i ll be able to drive this thing reliably.

In regards to the correction: If the MAF is hacked your correction will be higher on the LO map. I run +30, +20, then +10 across the board on LO with a Blaha hacked MAF. The HI map should be set so you get the lowest knock count and EGTs under 1600f.

Choose monitor on the AFC, and monitor REV. IF the displayed value is half of what the motor is at, then select 2cylinder in the AFC setup menu. Hope that helps.

update-
this is were im at..
i forgot to mention it has a 2g maf, if that helps.
well, its gotta be on 2 cyl. i got that far..than i logged a drive round town.
First off,it runs like poop till its warmed full up. normal i imagine.
second, im runnin 17psi boost and this is what i could deciepher..
the egt is around 800c, no knock sum at all, and the 02 reading was at .94. how does this sound?(full throttle,2nd 3rd gear) now when i add positive correction, thats like riching it up,right? seems the low settigs are richer than the high..
im at +12 +10 +10 then +7 right across the board on low, which is set at 30%, high is set at 70%, its like +7 across the board also..
