I bought a used AEM fuel rail off someone and am looking for advice or possible solution or has an adapter kit. It does not have tapped threads , more like an oring fitting. As far as I know they are discontinued, so I am unsure where to go from here. I would like to change to -6an lines

That fuel rail requires specific adapters, either OEM style or AN style on both inlet and outlet.
Do you have the OEM regulator adapter? If you have, you can probably use OEM style 6AN adapters. If you don't have, most likely the only solution is fabricating one but considering the cost to fabricate, I imagine buying another complete rail would be cheaper and easier.

I do not have the specific adapters, that is why I am in the situation in the first place
