To get a right answer, at least you should state what ECU you have and the AEM part number of your wideband.
Most of case you connect the 5v output (should be white) to pin #76 and the sensor ground (In case if your AEM gauge has it, should be brown) to pin #92.
 
What pin does the blue wire go to? Having trouble finding the post that had the answer
If you are referring to the blue wire that comes from AEM wideband gauge unit, that's a serial output wire. In general you don't need to connect it unless you want to log through a serial DB-9/RS-232 connector.
