Adjusting A/F with DSMLink

How hard is it to adjust my Air/Fuel with DSMLink? Also, the fuel trims?

My car runs very rich and my check engine light flickers on/off when close to 3500 rpms (from time to time even under normal driving), I DO know it's detecting knock. If I adjust the A/F and find the correct fuel trims then that should go away right?

Study your DSMLink manual and perform a thorough boost leak test.

Once you do that and can adjust the fuel, get a wbo2 for tuning.

check your knock sensor and increase your ingore knock rpm if its happening under normal driving conditions..

A wideband is a must. A GM 3.3 bar map sensor will help as well though. It will let you know if you have any boost leaks by comparing it to BoostEst.

Thanks! Wideband O2, Boost leak test (already did...throttle body seals were shot, I got new ones), and then tune. Cool!
