So I noticed that the lever on the dashboard that changes the car's airflow from internal circulation to external circulation is stuck on the internal side. I'll pull it to the left to get it to bring outside air in but it feels like there's some type of elastic inside that's preventing it from coming over.

is this a common problem? Anyone know how to fix it?

Thanks in advance.

i just had to fix that yesterday! all you need is to take off the passenger side center kick panel and get a flashlight and it's right there.

unless it got unhooked from the actually air vent then pry the upper air vent off, put it back in, slide the air vent back on... then do as the above stated with the kick panel.
