How much boost should be used for my setup? I dont wanna go over my limit and blow something up LOL.

-255 Walboro Pump

-650cc RC Injectors

-Apexi N1 Downpipe

-3 1/2 inch car back exhaust

- Tien coilovers SS

- Evo 3 B16g Turbo

- Evo 3 Exhaust MAnafold

-Evo 3 Turbo manafold

-SAFC Neo Piggyback

-Greddy PRofect B Boost controller

- Nology silver plugs and Nology Wires.

On a serious n ote, with all that. I wouldnt touch past 18-20 psi.:|
 
D2 was for my GST Spyder. I have 2 Eclipses.

With 16 psi what is a good estimation i can run on the 1/4?

Dude, just take it to the track nobody knows what your car will run... There are too many variables that can affect your times at the track, dyno numbers, boost levels and the like. Get a logger if you don't already have one and tune your car for a specific boost level. Then take it to the track and run it. That will tell you how fast your car is.
 
Im surprised no one noticed you dont mention a fmic. That 16g loves to heat up the intake charge and a FMIC is defenently needed to run some good boost. With a 2g timing map and stock side mount I would say 16-18psi max, but you will need to watch your timing and make sure you are not detonating. You do have a wbo2 right?
 
Every car is diferent, tune it and see what it will run and what it won't. You don't need ARP's. You don't really need an AFPR. Log the car and look for knock. A wideband would help tuning a LOT, so would DSMlink, ditch the SAFC.
