Some questions about my setup, help please

I have a 96 tsi awd with
FP big t28, 550 injectors, walbro pump, 3 inch tbe, upgraded intercooler, head studs, safc tuned 18psi, and the rest of the bolt ons.

First question: Can i run 22psi on the 550's with this setup without fuel cut?

second: How much power should it make at both 18, 22 psi?

Third: if you can hear air gushing out from somewhere is that a pretty big boost leak? (my car ran slower quarter mile on the upgraded turbo with more boost then the stock turbo)

im not to sure if you will be able to run 22psi with the safc but i would suggest to get an afpr.
if you hear rushing air then yea you most likely have a boost leak.

1. You need a logger of some sort for that answer as every car is different.
2. That is bench racing and not allowed.
3. If you haven't done it already do a boost leak test. Any time you mess with IC piping, turbo or any thing else that sees vacuum/positive pressure you should do a boost leak test.

1.) You should atleast get a logger if you want to run that much boost. Then you can see your idc's rather than just assuming/hoping you will be fine. And if you don't have a wideband, get one.

2.) Who knows how much power...it all depends in your tune, and so many other factors

3.) No boost leak is good!!!!

You'll need a afpr. You have upgraded fuel pump and injectors, piggyback programmer, get a fpr.
