A578 new venture transmission manual

So I'm putting a different tranny in my car but I have to replace the shifter lever. How do I pull out some of the insides to replace it. Anyone have a manual that they know of online with a breakdown?

There are roll pins that hold the shifter arms on. Knock them out with a punch and then tap them back in with the new arms. I just had to swap mine

I have to replace the whole linkage including the parts inside the tranny
