a few quick smog questions

well i just got pulled over for the second time in three months and have to go to the smog ref. because the cop saw my polished uicp/greddy bov/and thought it was a cold air intake so he got me for modified intake, i didn't want to correct him and tell him it was a bov and uicp then him get me for an adjustable emissions fine to or whatever they call it. but my problem is i want to know if anybody knows what the ref will catch? i am going to put on a 1g bov , and stock intake and air box, i painted uicp flat black . but will he notice the 16g, and the hard uicp? and what about my cat back rsr 3'' exaust? what do you guys think? also j pipe is flat black. but any help on what i should to to pass the smog ref and also for next time i get pulled over it can look pretty stock. any help would be great. thanks

Damn smog nazi's. From what I hear/have seen california will screw you on mods, its all about the revenue for the state. Good Luck.

yeah its pretty bad here. this is the second ticket in three months for smog a violation.
