2G A few issues... Help

Problem 1. My horn is not working I checked the fuses but they're good, what else could it be?
Problem 2. My cruise control stopped working a few days after doing the clutch cut mod, I remember it working buy soon stopped, I read that doing the mod allows you to keep cruise control so what could be the issue?

The horn itself? Can you hear the relay click when you push on the horn pad?

The clutch switch is likely off causing the cruise control issues. Check the adjustment on the switch.

I can hear the click but no sound. I can also see my lights dim a little when I press it and it's dark. The cruise control I went over and soldered the wires together because I thought the push tabs I had on before might have been the problem but still doesn't work. The cruise control is still supposed to work without the black wire off the ECU connected right?

So there's a problem with the actual acoustic . If its dimming it's seems it's getting power but the instrument that makes the noise could be tweaked. Inspect it pics would be cool

have to agree dimming light with the horn depressed indicates an amperage draw.
Likely the horn itself has failed.
