420A 98 Eclipse RS oil on spark plug boot

Does anyone know why i would have motor oil on one spark boot but the rest are dry?

Under the boot, or on top of the boot? In the well or just on that boot?

Under the boot on top of the spark plug so if you were to stick a rag in there it would come out oily

that spark plug is probably loose. Oil in the combustion chamber is getting past the threads into the spark plug hole. Now, is it alot of oil? Do you burn oil? Oil is normally present (vaporish) in the combustion chamber to be burned, but alot of oil suggests a couple of things like valve seals, guides, rings, PCV.

Alot of oil no not alot ...no smoke comin out my exhaust ...whatever it is it's just in that one cyclinder maybe the valve gasket ring

Valve cover gasket is probably bad (Spark plug well gaskets).

A little oil in the plug well shouldn't have any effect on how the car runs. The plug wire boot should fit snug enough around the plug where it won't even reach the terminal
