oil on spark plug

ok got some oil on my spark plugs. did a compression test 150 148 145 150 and did a boost test went fine. what could it be????

Well the first thing i would check is your intercooler piping and see if there is oil in there. If so check the turbo. If not i would then be thinking valve guide seals, or bad oil rings on the pistons. Other possibilities are the galley gaskets on the valve cover or a leaking headgasket.

well compression is good so I think the head is ok fresh rebuild with new rings and boost test check out ok so i think the valve seals are good

oil on the electrode side? if its pooled in around the plugs you will need to buy a new valve cover gasket set and replace the 4 seals around the plugs this means pulling the valve cover off

oil is on piston and tip of spark plug only is not running down or any where else on plugs

Change your Spark plug tube seals.

its my oil rings didnt know you where suppose to file them down before install

Change the valve cover gasket. When you buy the gasket it comes with 4
spark plug gaskets even if your valve cover isn't leaking oil a new one couldn't hurt

Same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago.
Ended up just being the inner valve cover gaskets (spark plug gaskets)
