98 eclipse rs limp mode after wreck??

I'm new and not sure in right spot. I own a 98 eclipse rs, 2.0 non Turbo. The car ran great and shifted very well. Wife wrecked it I. Telephone pole doing 25mph. I replaced all necessary parts hood,fenders,radiator, fans,etc. After I got body work done the car is in limp mode, pulled tcu codes. One was for cylionoid d and other was.for.transmission control something. Sry aint around where codes are wrote down, took to a transmission shop to have it put back I'm relearn mode to no luck. Just wondering if anything from wreck would have done anything. Checked all fuses, changed a few relays, I pulled tcu out.and took apart, it was gel filled. Didn't look like anything was burnt. The transmission shoo said possible the comp problems or wireing or transmission, my srs light us on. The weird thing is only time I can get it out of.limp mode for 1 sec is dissconnect the srs module and hook it back up start car and take off fast. It will try to shift.than go right to limp mode, anytime else its in limp as.soon as start car. Any ideas on what it could be or.any way to trouble shoot issue. Thanks and sorry if in wrong forum. Is it possible the srs mudule is throwing it in limp mode
