Ive been thing to search for the answer but no luck.
I have a 95 car what I need to wire for a 98 CAS.
I have a spare pigtail from the 98 and I know I gata invert spark wires and click on the option on ECMlink.

I just cant seem to find a diagram on how to wire the 98 CAS it into the 95 harness.

I think your better option would be to install a 1G CAS. Can be used in place of any 2G CAS, as long as it's wired right. I would find the wiring diagrams for the CAS for the 98 and see what wire is what for it. Then compare that to the 95 diagram and see if that'll work out. I know the 95 cam sensor has 2 wires, been a long time since I had the 98 style sensor so don't remember the wire count.

I know ohm racing makes an adapter harness but I was hopping to safe some money plus I dont think they will want to tell me
due to them selling the product which is understandable.

Since you have the spare pigtail, make your own adapter. Back when I did my first 6 bolt swap, I made my own adapter harness for that CAS. You of course don't have a 6 bolt, but the idea is the same.
