97 GSX, please help!

Okay, so I was driving home on the highway yesterday, and as soon as I hit 90mph, I heard a loud pop and my exhaust backfired. It ran rough in every gear all the way home, and was getting any boost at all. The two codes I got today when I checked it were p0304 and p1103. I changed the spark plugs to find out that the fourth cylinder plug was melted, so that's a step in the right direction. After I did this, I started the car and it still doesn't sound right. The boost is still very low, no matter the throttle. Does anyone have any suggestions on where I should look next to resolve this problem? Thanks!

Boost leak test would be the next step in my opinion....the p1103 seems to point to a wastegate actuator problem after a little searching.

Run a boost leak test. You wire melted hopefully you did not short something. Got be careful withmelted wire open cut or even loose plugs cdcus ecu are sensative
