Ok, I'm not sure I understand the whole CAS inversion thing.
Here's my setup, a 97 GST with a 1G 6 bolt swap, a blacktop CAS with a RRE wiring harness all running into a 95 ECU with V3 DSMLink. I talked to my mechanic, and since i have a COP setup he hardwired the swapped plug wire signals, but I'm having a hard time deciding if I need to invert the CAS signal in dsmlink. I got the car from the mechanic without the invert signal checkbox checked. I've tried running it both with it inverted and with it left in the standard configuration. I noticed allot of missing and stuttering with it inverted during hard acceleration, I don't notice this when I leave the box unchecked. However, my car has idle issues, it ranges from 550-1000 depending on how it's feeling i guess, and I have to do some cranking to get it to start as well and I'm wondering if I actually need to run the inverted CAS signal.
Could someone please help me out.
