Hey guys i need some help here. New to the eclipse, i have a 96 eclipse 420A engine... I have an oil leak on the intake side of the engine, oppesite side of the oil filter... I can see oil dripping a drop every second from what i cant tell. Looks like a sensor or something, it is a small thing with a wire or cable coming out of it, it curves upwards and goes around to the transmission side of the engine. Any ideas would help greatly

Could be like mine is currently, Can either be Rear main Seal , also could be Oil Pressure Sensor I think.

ok wasnt sure what it could be. but hopefully thats it and hopefully a new one will fix the leak..... it leaks pretty bad....

I replaced the oil sending unit in my 95 eclipse but over tightened it now its leaking again and special socket has stripped out so be careful not to over tighten- supposed to only tighten to 8lbs.
