well i bought this car and a day later it started spilling oil all over the floor so i jacked the car up and seen that this line/pipe that goes from the turbo to the oil pan had orange silicone type of stuff on it, well i turned the car on and sure enough it was leaking from there so i took it off and took the orange silicone stuff off and found out that it was busted...... someone told me it was a return line for the turbo so i called my local auto parts store to see if they had it and they said it came up as unavailable.

so my question is where can i find a new one and is there another name for this part?

i also put jb weld on the busted one to seal it up im not sure if that will work or not.

wow, thats a hacked repair job

most people, since the oem part is pretty expensive, just cut the line and use oil resistant hose to attach each part.

Its called a turbo oil return line.

According to you profile and the looks of your turbo, its the stock t-25. This is the part you want:https://www.extremepsi.com/store/product.php?productid=17939&cat=0&page=1

actually just looking at that link, wow you guys have it easy with the stock 2g turbos, 14 bucks instead of 75 for MHI turbos, damn.

wow man thanks....ive been looking for it online and didnt find any

and where can i find oil restaint hoses?? sorry im a noob haha

Take those pieces with you so you can see if the hose will just slide over. Good luck and post up the results please.

Also with it being a oil line, you will probably want to double clamp each end to help make sure no oil leaks out.

You could simply make your own AN lines for it. Cut off the ends of the tube and get bungs welded onto the stock plates. Or make new plates. Just make sure they are flat and strait if u weld the OEM ones. Them make an AN line for it. Or u could use some aeroquip lock tight fittings similar to normal AN lines. They are a little cheaper than braided AN lines. They also push to lock on, and since its a return line is un pressured. So no risk to come off if done right.

Wow, all of the ridiculous repairs that are suggested in here will end up costing more than replacing the oil line itself (part number MD189736) which is $14 at Extreme PSI or $12.77 on JNZ Tuning.

Yeah and the 1G lines are generally more prone to cracking at the flex section....this is literally the first 2G drain I can recall seeing that had cracked.

The 2G drains are a larger I.D. as well, and all you have to do to make them fit a TD05H turbo is slot the two holes on the upper flange slightly toward center.

Thanks guys ill check it out later on today I gotta get some sleep its 3am.........
Ohh and what's "an lines/hoses/fittings"? «««««I'm a real newbie

sorry I'm just starting to get into repairs and things

Braided stainless drain kits that are generally too small for the turbos they're sold for and are more prone to kinking. Basically you pay more for a less-reliable setup.
