Well today i went out to finally remove my blown pos stock turbo out of my gst. Everything was going well at first. Radiator came out no problem, smic came out without a hitch, everything was going great. Until i got stuck on the oil line as shown in the pictures. Its the one in the center that takes a 3/4 wrench. It seams to just not wanna budge even after pb blaster and a pipe on the wrench for leverage. :banghead:

If you care about the line then use the correct flare wrench. It's a special wrench just for lines, it won't round off the fitting. You could also use a pair of vise grips. If not cut the line and use a socket. The larger fitting should be 1/4 in. pipe thread. The larger fitting is def pipe thread, the smaller one is not. It just looks cross threaded, it's not, it just goes in at an angle. When I unscrewed mine it took a 1/2 in breaker bar!!!!! Probably the tightest fitting I've ever seen.

It looks like it might be. Im really not sure. I thought that at first but looking at the way the bolt lines up looks correct with the angle. Anyone else think that may be my problem? As soon as i get this thing off i finally get to put on the evo3 16g i have waiting haha. At least I think its the last thing thats still attached. :D

Being crossthreaded was my first thought when I saw the first pic. Cut that thing off and plug it up. You will be good to go at that point.

It screws in at an angle. It's not cross-threaded unless you did that but considering that you haven't been able to crack it, then you should be fine. Just cut the line like everyone said and use the socket. SS feed lines are cheap so screw the stock hard line.

I already have the ss head feed line sitting in my garage. As soon as i find the plug for the old feed line I'm good to go. I have the part number from earlier I just hope my local dealer has one in stock. Need one asap!

Also if it is crossthreaded its another thing to write on the list of idiot things the old owner did, and its a big list already ROFL

I know how ya feel with the big list of things done wrong by the previous owner. I've had my gsx for 4 years almost and still have a couple minor things and a paint job to fix LOL.

I ended up breaking mine off too when I took off the stock turbo. Just get a SS feed line and make your life easier. Everyone sells them.
