94 motor swap

ok so i have a 93 eclipse with a bad trans and harness. It was t boned at some point in its life, and the frame is bent. So im getting a 94 will pick it up this weekend and it has a bad motor. Both are 2.0 nt. the motor in the 93 came out of a 92 it is a 6 bolt. So be side buying a new flywheel because the 93 is auto and the 94 is a 5 speed is there any thing else i will need to change mod?

Should be a simple swap 91 94 same engine and wiring non turbo.
