short story bought car after sitting for four years with bad head so i replace the engine with another i had laying around i have now put it in and ran it for a whole take of gas the problem is that when this car is cold it misses and wont let you rev above 2000rpms untill completly warmed up and car is bone stock

Do you have new plugs and wires in the car, do you have any CELs, does the car run fine after it warms up?

With it being a 90 did you use another 90 engine? If not did you re-use the 90 CAS, Throttle body, and coil pack? 90's are unique with several differences under the hood when compared to 91-94's.
