ok i have a 92 eagle talon tsi and the person before me ran a wire for a amp it is 9mm thick with the casing on it will that be thick enough to do a battery relocation to the trunk ? And what gauge wire would that be

Sounds like a 4 gauge type. But it should be printed down the length.

4 gauge would be the minimum size acceptable depending on the current flow. Personally I would use at least a 2 gauge wire since you will most likely be splitting off of that wire for various things.
