7 bolt crank specs

Need to know if the 1g and 2g 7 bolts are the same in every way when it comes to the crank. Same crank journal diameter and same rod journal diameter? I have the specs for the 2g 7 bolt but need them for the 1g. Trying to see if I can use the 7 bolt crank in a 2g or throw all my 2g rods and pistons on the 1g 7 bolt crank. Thanks.

All of the 7 bolt cranks interchange.

And they're all the same, with the exception of the 98-99 cranks having a larger thrust surface
