now i dont have turbo

regards...

List looks fine, just use a 2g front cover with 1990 oil pump gears and OEM stub shaft.

Turbo, there are so many options and it will simply depend on how much you want to spend.

Dont skimp out on the valve train, otherwise your good for 500. Just find a good size turbo I like the pte 62/62 on e85 or race gas will get you there.

You're going to need some (beehive) valve springs for hose kelford cams. As for turbos, I vote for holset. Also, I'd go with speed density and e85 (w/more fuel perhaps). That's just me though...

Hi sir i have a brand new OEM 2g front case with OEM oil pump gears, thats ok for my build?

ok I think in pte 62/62 but i be a 2.0 and i dont want spìns the engine more to 7500 revs (stock redline) because now i dont have heavy valve train

i see other option it is pte 5857, its smaller but i think i have a quiker spool without higher revs

What do you think about it?

If you are going to run helical oil pump gears, then you are going to need to either run balance shafts, or run a race balance shaft that has been cut down and still uses the rear balance shaft bearing in the block. Otherwise you will thrust load the pump and ruin it.

The 6262 is a monster of a turbo. We're talking a 700-800hp turbo that spools around 5k rpm in BB form. The 5857 would be a much better choice for 500hp. But why limit your search to PTE? There are plenty of other brands out there that offer 500hp+ turbos. Most of which are much cheaper to purchase and rebuild.

As for the valve train, you will need upgraded springs and retainers with those cams. Even with the stock rev limit your still seriously risking valve float, which kills power and can even cause damage. But the stock rev limit will do nothing but hold you back at this point. A turbo like the 6262 on your average 2.0 isn't even making peak power till 6.5-7k rpm. Even with something like an 8-blade HX40 that spools faster and makes more low end power, you'll still benefit by raising the rev limit.

Rewiring the fuel pump would be a good idea too.

yeah I have it, I have the cuted balance shaft, some people call it "stable shaft"

You did not focus at all in the most important part of making power more easily. Stock valve train and valves with all those nice mods surrounding it.

thats exactly what I thought, at least some manley/supertech (single upgrade) springs in there, you can keep the stock retainers and valves. I wouldnt recommend using kelford 272 on stock springs, even new ones, but what do I know.

I would probably go with bigger injectors, 1200 or bigger.

but thats all been said in previous posts.

because PTE its pretty cheap brand for turbo but if yo have more options please tell me because are verry important any opinion or choice on people who have experience.

yeah i recive many comments for i dont have the correct valve train in my setup, my engine its ready assembly but i take the recommendations to change the springs my cuestion is do you have any idea of how i change the springs with out removal the head?

so apparently it was, jajajaaja

You will have to step the valve train up to the Kiggley, Beemad, Ferrea, or GSC5041 Beehive spring kit.

If you check the FAQ tech, there is how tos on what is involved and needed to change the valve springs.

With the cometic HG you chose to run, did you have the block milled?

My results with the pte 5858.. built 2.0, 91 pump gas, mustang dyno. I'd suggest going with bigger injectors if you are going to run e-85.

wow too awesome number for 91

woww woowww you dont spins up to the 7500 stock revs i love it

which is your engine setup?

your numbers are more or less i want because in my country dont have E-85 and VP C-16 are very difficult to achieve

here use a fuel alternative these are Torko or boost juice for meth
