650cc injector install

yes, fortunately thats the largest size injector you can fully compensate for on an SAFC so tuning wont be hard.

I haven't used anything yet. I am asking because I am in the middle of a rebuild and was thinking about putting larger injectors in but if I do that it will take me about a month to be able to get dsmlink so I was thinking If I can put in 650cc injectors without a tune. This way I can save to get something to tune with and maybe go to 1000cc injectors.

Unless you swap to a Evo 8 MAS then you can run Evo 560 injectors and not HAVE to tune it

That is a total hack job and unsafe. MAFs do not measure linearly, and injectors don't inject linearly. Things need to be tuned when doing anything in the airflow-measuring or fueling department, period.

If your search the forums you will find plenty of people saying its safe and stock fuel trims can compensate . I wanna say it runs %10 richer than the stock injectors.
Im not saying its the right way or best way but it will tie you over until you can afford link or whatever else you choose

A blown engine will also hold a person over until they can afford a real tuning solution.

"Running 560 cc/min injectors on gas with a stock 2G ECU and an EVO8/3G MAF would be a nearly perfect match. Based on ECU data from both the EVO8 and 2G, I'd guess you'll run about 5% lean at idle (which will be easily compensated for with fuel trims) and about 4% rich at WOT. Cruise should be nearly dead on."

As I said, go for it. It's not my car, and I could give two shits what happens to a person's engine who just wants to be as cheap as possible.
