6-bolt swap..This is a oil line right?? heres a pic inside..

Ok i purchased gst 6-bolt swap couple months ago getting this running right on it, ive noticed oil coming and dripping from looks like a oil line but it was kinda blocked off with a hose and a bolt and clamped on..yea shitty job. question is Whats the oil line for was it for the turbo or something? and whats the best way to block it off? Car Came with a 16g with a 2 install kit with the oil feed line going from turbo to the bottom off the car by the oil filter. Did this line come on the 6-bolt and they just blocked it off?? heres a picture

dam why would they do that??? Yea i cheaked it out this mourning there just looped, one hose from the oil cooler line looping around to the other oil cooler line. Anyone know whats the right way to run these hose and why would they even do that not have coolant going through the oil cooler?
 
Ok guys updated that, i found out that they would loop the 2 lines together because maybe they over tightined it and block the oil cooelr inside and to PREVENT antifreeze from mixxing with the oil they blocked it. But also have another theory i do have a 6bolt block with 7bolt head. And maybe that has something to do with it..because on my water pipe there a antifreeze line thats blocked off witch is supossed to go to the oil cooler, but the other line of the oil cooelr is supossed to go to the thermastate housing. My thermastate housing doesnt have a extra nipple to run a line to the cooler..I have 2 nipples on the thermastate going to my 16g turbo. im thinking maybe a 1g filter housing has a extra nipple to go to the cooler.
