6 bolt swap, p0100,p0105,p0110,p0115 help!

I recently just finished the 6 bolt swap in my 95 talon tsi awd. It starts up and will die if I dont give it gas its almost like fighting me until it gets to about 2500 RPMs then it revs up like it normally should but once it gets below 2500 it trys to die again. Im got a new maf and it still does the same. it also threw the codes po100,po105,po110, and po115 codes which is basically the whole maf wiring system. What could cause this? I dont have a map sensor due to the 6 bolt swap I heard it would do nothing but throw a CEL. my current setup is a 6 bolt stock besides:2g throttle body, egr blocked off, sbr g50 turbo with turbonetics 38mm wastegate, huge fmic,1st gen bov, full 3in exhaust, bs removed. some vacuum diagrams and maybe like a picture of the engine bay connectors would be appreciated. Thanks for the help!

I have a 95 with a 6 bolt. What connectors do you want pics of?

It might be possible that you damaged the maf connector while you where doing the swap. Do you have dsmlink installed also? it would help you diagnose the problem alot faster.
