5'th gear pops out.

When I shift into 5'th gear, it will grind a little and then everything will be fine while cruising in 5'th. As soon as I let off the gas it will pop out. I have to hold the shifter with my hand when I let off the gas so it doesn't pop out.

All the other gears are fine. This randomly starting happening after clutch install. Is there something I should adjust?
