Got my .70 A/R Hotside yesterday, Should be attempting to put it on today...
Going from the .55 A/R DSM hotside to this .70 A/R T3 V-band... Do you guys think im going to see a huge difference in power band?

Its going on an Bullseye S259 Batmowheel

I noticed that going to a bigger A/R allowed my car to pull strongly to redline. However, I also did this in conjunction with cams...... so it doesn't really apply..... but ya, it will move your powerband up a touch.

Whats do you have for intake and exhaust manifolds?

I would play with the cam gears and try to squeeze out some more top end flow and take advantage of this housing.

Spool difference was minor for me. Noticeable difference in whp/psi going from bolt-on to this housing.

Stepping up from this open T3 to the Airwerks divided T4 housings was even more impressive.

Car has 264 272 cams, the adjustable cam gears are at 0... Manifold we were running was a ported 2g mani. Also had a custom 4 inch inlet intake...going to be going from 2g Maf to 3G as we were pushing 3200hz.

We were running around 28psi boost at the track on c16, best we could manage with the .55 A/r is a 12.4 at 112 with a 1.80 60ft link was claiming we were making 450hp at 28psi

112 is waaaay slow for 450whp, you should be running 120+ with that kinda power. You have some sort of a major issue going on here. 28psi on that big of a turbo should be netting you lots more trap speed.

2g Maf to 3G as we were pushing 3200hz.
How are you moving THAT much air and not going anywhere? Bolt on .55a/r HX35's go faster than that on pump gas and less boost.

I'm going 11.70's @122 on a smaller turbo with 24psi, and I only see 2700HZ on my 2g maf. You need to find your issue before you upgrade.

What he said^

Also, get a few baseline runs and try decreasing your LSA.. advancing exhaust/retarding intake

Beware though as this will be putting the intake valves closer to the piston. So I hope you had your machinist get your P-V clearance and stem heights!

Bigger cam or just see what adjusting the gears gets you, slap on the bigger hotside.. wind it out and save yourself a shift perhaps.

That should get you a better backhalf, provided something else isnt holding you up.
